Best. Protein smoothie. Ever.  3/4 cup frozen berries 1/2 banana 1/2 cup pineapple juice (idk yo my papa bought it) 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 1/2 chobani (whatever flavor you have)  This is 30 grams of protein. Yeah. MUSCLES.
